Something is broken
Tell us what you clicked, what you expected and what happened instead. If the story stopped partway, the genre and length you used help a lot.
A feature you want
Most of what is on the site was asked for by somebody. Missing genre, missing language, an export format you need: say so.
Legal, privacy or takedown
Requests about your data, or about content you believe infringes your rights, are handled at the same address. Include enough detail to identify what you mean.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a story you lost. Stories are saved in your own browser and never sent to us, so clearing your browsing data removes them permanently and there is no copy on our side to restore. Download anything you want to keep.
We also cannot tell you whether a particular use of a generated story is legal where you live. The terms set out what we permit; the rest is a question for someone qualified in your jurisdiction.
