The failure mode of the inspirational story is well known: everything is fine, then a paragraph explains what we should have learned. The generator is explicitly forbidden from doing that. The uplift has to come from what happens, shown in scenes with real setbacks and a real cost.
Written that way, the form still works. Someone tries something difficult, fails at it in a way the reader recognises, and continues anyway. No speech required.

Effort with nothing given up is not effort. Time, money, pride, sleep, a relationship: something has to be spent.
Setbacks that stick
A failure that is overcome in the next paragraph was never a failure. Let one of them stay unresolved.
No moral at the end
Stop on the action. The reader will draw the conclusion themselves, and they will believe it because they got there on their own.

Can I use these for a talk or a newsletter?
Yes. They are yours to use commercially. Read the story first and change anything that does not sound like you.
Can it write about a real person?
It is better at unnamed people in specific situations. For a real individual, generate the shape and then replace the details with the facts yourself.
How do I stop it sounding like a motivational poster?
Give it something concrete and small. "A woman goes back to finish the exam she walked out of in 1998" will always produce a better story than "never give up".
